Bitrelic was founded in İzmir in 2007 as a boutique software workshop. Our first product, Engerek, provided end-to-end sales, ERP and B2B infrastructure to more than 150 manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. That work taught us how to run business-critical software for companies that depend on it every day.
From there we moved into online collection and payment tooling for SMEs, then into cryptocurrency exchange infrastructure and blockchain engineering. Over time the common thread became clear: our clients needed systems that process large volumes in real time, stay up under load, and remain fully auditable afterwards. That is the kind of engineering we specialise in.
Today Bitrelic operates as Bitrelic Teknoloji A.Ş. in Türkiye and Bitrelic DOO in Montenegro. Our engineering and compliance teams sit in Manisa; our Podgorica office works with clients across the Balkans and the European Union. We are a software company: we design, build and operate infrastructure on behalf of licensed institutions, and we do not run consumer services of our own.
In 2024 we brought our compliance and engineering experience together in TruvaLI, our own AML, fraud detection and transaction monitoring platform for banks, fintechs, payment and e-money institutions.
We take on a small number of long-term engagements and stay with them. Most of our clients have worked with us for years; several since the day they launched. This is the work we do.
A company that builds infrastructure for regulated institutions is first judged on whether it can evidence its own controls. We hold seven ISO certificates and a SOC 2 Type II independent attestation report. None of them is a one-off assessment: each covers a live management system that is maintained through regular surveillance audits and can be handed to your auditor.
Certificate scope, validity and the SOC 2 report itself are shared on request, so your information security and procurement teams can use them directly in a vendor assessment.
We do not invent certificates, figures or customer names. Where a capability is not ready, we say so rather than present it as finished.
Selected engagements. In each case we were, or still are, the end-to-end technology provider: back end, integrations, mobile applications, back office, infrastructure and 24/7 operations.
A note on regulated gaming: several of our longest engagements are with state-licensed operators in Türkiye. We are their software and operations provider; we do not operate, market or offer games ourselves, and we list those engagements by type rather than by name. Those years taught us to build systems that decide in seconds, stay up at peak load and can account for every movement afterwards.
Interzoon is an integrated digital platform covering every stage of foreign trade: importers and exporters, banks and payment institutions, and process partners such as logistics, insurance and inspection work on one paperless screen.
